My family and I would like to express our appreciation to all involved in my successful heart by-pass operation carried out on June 4.

A very special thank you goes to Alex Manché for his total dedication shown. Thanks go to his assistants and all the operating-theatre team, the Cardiac Catherisation Laboratory assistants and nursing team on duty on June 1 and to the staff working at the CICU.

Last but not least, I wish to thank the caring staff at the CTS Ward and the physiotherapist on duty from June 3 to June 7.
