Kappara, Gzira link road plans
Works on the Gzira link road will be divided into two phases, the first being the construction of a flyover junction at Kappara, Transport Minister Jesmond Mugliett said yesterday.
The second phase will be the upgrading of roads and the building of new ones from Kappara junction to the Gzira strand. He said several routes had been considered for the second phase. The transport authority was currently consulting Mepa on the latest route suggested.
The minister was replying to a parliamentary question by Stefan Buontempo (MLP).
