A 16-year-old who was found unconscious at his parents' home in St Mary Street, Sliema yesterday is in danger of dying of a suspected overdose, the police said.

The youth, found in that condition by his parents, was rushed to hospital and placed in the intensive therapy unit. Full toxicological tests will be carried out this morning, according to the police.

Duty magistrate Lawrence Quintano was informed about the case.
