The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) is publishing the second book that is meant to help students to prepare for the pre-registration examination in Pharmacy.

The book, which is edited by Dr Lilian M. Azzopardi, senior lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy, has contributors from UK Professors Steve Hudson and Sam Salek, both previously external examiners to the Department of Pharmacy, and two contributors from the University of Malta, Professor Anthony Serracino-Inglott and Dr Maurice Zarb Adami.

An additional contributor to this edition of MCQ is Professor Giorgio Tortorella from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Bari, who has contributed a different format to a number of questions. Professor Sam Salek from Cardiff University has visited the Department of Pharmacy at the university recently on an Erasmus-Socrates Exchange when, in addition to lecturing to fourth-year pharmacy students has worked on the final stages of the MCQ book with Dr Azzopardi.

Dr Azzopardi will be visiting the Royal Pharmaceutical Society at the invitation of the president of the RPSGB to discuss further publications, including a book on clinical pharmacy.
