Your opinion counts. Services of general interest or more commonly known as essential services are important in every society as they guarantee a decent life to all.

The Consumers' Association, with other European partner consumer organisations, at present is involved in an EU project to study these services in 10 European countries. The project is focusing on five essential services - electric power, gas, postal services, telephony (fixed/mobile) and aviation (airports/operators).
