IFBB Malta recently held a half-yearly meeting at Bertu's Gym, Gharghur. Various topics were on the agenda but the main item was the National Championships, to be held on October 7 at the University.

It was confirmed that the top three in the overall category will earn the right to represent the islands in the IFBB World Championships in the Czech Republic between October 26 and 30.

IFBB Malta announced that the best three performers in the National Championships will receive prize-money for the first time in the event's history. The winner pockets Lm300.

Application forms may be collected from Bertu's Gym.
