St Luke's Hospital's car park is full most times. One has the option to park in front of other cars and leave the keys with the car park attendants.
The other day, a foreign driver parked in one of the designated spaces wanted to get out but was blocked by another car whose keys had been left with the attendant. The car park being full, I waited to take this very precious car space but when the foreign driver went to ask the attendants to remove the car blocking his way, the very customer oriented attendants replied: "You have to wait, we're busy", leaving him with nothing else to do but wait. I had no choice but to leave and go in search of another place to park. On my way out, the car park attendants looked very, very busy indeed...poor chaps, they really do need a break...
Why do they overfill the car park if they are not prepared to offer a good service?
