Siberian top model for Malta International Fashion Show

Siberian top model Ludmilla Radchenko has confirmed her participation in the first-ever Malta International Fashion Show being held on July 15.

Several top Italian fashion designers have also confirmed their participation in the show with this year's exclusive haute couture collections. They include Giorgio Armani, Gianfranco Ferrè, Roberto Cavalli, Gucci, La Perla, Rocco Barocco, Mariella Burani and Mattiolo.

The fashion show, a first for Malta, which will be presented by the acclaimed TV Moda fashion presenter Jo Squillo and will include the participation of 30 international top models. One of these top models, glacial beauty Ludmilla Ratchenko, has modelled with the top fashion houses in Italy and on Russian TV. Following a stint in the quiz programme Passaparola as a letterina, she recently became a household name among Maltese viewers following her participation in the latest edition of Mediaset's popular reality show, La Talpa.

The international fashion show is being hosted in Malta following an exclusive agreement between Renaissance Productions Ltd (RPL) and TV Moda. It is also being supported by the Malta Tourism Authority and will be transmitted on the satellite fashion channel. It will also include a special tourist feature about Malta, while excerpts of the show will be broadcast in the fashion and culture programmes on RAI Uno, as well as on Sky TV and La 7.

Tickets will be on sale from Diamonds International, La Valletta, Luxe Pavilion, Portomaso, and the St James Cavalier, Valletta, on Thursday.
