Every year most schools hold a Sports Day, generally in May when it is already hot.

Parents are not happy with the situation as they are fully aware of the sun's harmful effects. Maybe, re-scheduling Sports Day for mid-April would be better. Better still, hold it in a sports complex out of the sun.

Caps should be part of the school uniform, so that from an early age, children will get used to the idea of having their head covered. They should also wear it during break and their PE lesson. Taking that little extra care of our children is investing in their future health.
