Maria Sammut vs Victor Galea, Coralline Stone Malta Ltd
Yet again, we have not received any response from Mr Galea on whether he honoured the Consumer Claims Tribunal arbiter's decision. I must, yet again, appeal to him to do so. I have a copy of the arbiter's decision, in which he ordered Mr Galea to pay Ms Sammut Lm55 plus expenses.
If Coralline Stone Malta Ltd do not honour this decision, I have no option but to continue asking them regularly in this column to do so until they honour the decision, which was made on January 18, 2005 - a year and four months ago!
Josephine Attard vs Sandro Bianchi, Flexi Marketing Ltd
This is another new case in which the arbiter upheld the claim and ordered Mr Bianchi to pay Mrs Attard Lm400, and Lm50 as moral damages plus expenses.
However, Mrs Attard tells me that whenever she calls Mr Bianchi he does not reply. I tried calling him too but got no reply. In the prevailing scenario I have no option but to start asking Mr Bianchi of Flexi Marketing Ltd to honour the arbiter's decision, which was made on January 24.
