Ayman Mattar, Xerox regional marketing manager, directed the workshop, which was designed to provide participants with all the necessary tools and product knowledge to accelerate office product sales.
The training was aimed at providing Xerox partners with a comprehensive insight into the most effective ways to communicate the benefits and key differentiators of Xerox Office Solutions to their customers.
"Today the challenge for Xerox is in engaging companies' IT departments to fully understand that our office solutions are no longer stand-alone entities but are part of an overall IT solution," Mr Mattar said.
