The Faculty of Education said warrants to teachers should be granted only to those who follow the appropriate professional course for teachers.

The faculty said it could not in any way approve the granting of warrants to those who have not gone through the process of professional and academic formation.

It hoped that the review of the Education Act will confirm the basic principle that all those engaged in the profession of teaching have followed the necessary professional course for teachers.

The faculty was commenting on the occasion of the granting of warrants to teachers who attended professional training.
