I phoned them up at 9 a.m. and a representative assured me that in a couple of minutes everything will be back to normal. At 2 p.m. I was still disconnected and I phoned again. Before I uttered a word the representative shouted arrogantly that we will be reconnected around 6 p.m. and hung up immediately.
Such incidents really worry me especially since the internet is nowadays a fundamental help to maintain transnational social networks.
Authorities please note that such companies are far away from honouring the Lisbon Agenda Strategy, which is aiming at establishing the EU as "the most competitive and dynamic knowledge-driven economy" by 2010.
