The price of unleaded and lead replacement petrol goes up by 3 mils a litre and the price of kerosene by 1c1 a litre as from today.

The Malta Resources Authority said the revision was based on the price of the consignments of fuels made to Enemalta.

Unleaded petrol has increased to 49c7 from 49c4 a litre and lead replacement petrol now sells at 52c7 from 52c4 a litre.

The price of diesel has also gone up, by 5 mils, from 43c6 to 44c1.

Kerosene, which costs 43c6, will today sell at 44c7 a litre.

The price of light heating oil remains at 24c5 per litre but the price of thin fuel oil 200 deg increases by Lm1 per ton, from Lm154 to Lm155; that of thin fuel oil 450 deg by Lm1 per ton, from Lm150 to Lm151, and that of tin fuel oil 950 deg also by Lm1 per ton, from Lm143.50 to Lm144.50.
