St John Ambulance has added more First Aid courses to meet demand. A course will be held in Paola on Tuesday, June 13, at 6 p.m. and will run for nine consecutive Tuesdays.

Two more courses will be held in Valletta, starting on Tuesday, June 27, one in English at 9.30 a.m. and another course in Maltese at 6.30 p.m., which will run every Tuesday and Thursday.

A course consists of nine lectures, lasting approximately two hours. The fee for the entire course is Lm15, which includes a workbook, training material and certification.

St John Ambulance First Aid courses are recognised locally by government regulations under the Occupational Health & Safety Legal Notices and also by EU regulations.

The office will also be open for registrations on Tuesday evening between 6.30 and 7.30.
