Health inspectors issue 828 charges

Health inspectors last year issued 828 charges of which 194 involved violation of the Code of Police Laws and 114 involved Food Safety Laws.

There were 33 charges related to labelling and 33 on smoking in prohibited areas.

The information was given by Health Minister Louis Deguara in reply to a question in Parliament by Adrian Vassallo (MLP).
