A Neapolitan man was yesterday fined Lm100 after he admitted to selling clothing items when he did not have a commercial licence.

Ferdinando Piscopo, 38, pleaded guilty to selling shirts and T-shirts without a licence.

Magistrate Consuelo Scerri Herrera presided over the case.

Police Inspector Kevin Borg prosecuted.

Lawyer Vincent Galea appeared for Mr Piscopo.
