Accused of damaging three cars

A 55-year-old man was yesterday charged with scratching three cars parked in Birkirkara on Wednesday night.

Joseph Briffa, of Birkirkara, pleaded not guilty to damaging the three cars and was granted bail against a Lm200 deposit and a personal guarantee of Lm1,000.

Police Inspector Kevin Farrugia prosecuted.

Lawyer Chris Cardona appeared for Mr Briffa.
