The Movement in Favour of Rights with a Disability referred to my letter on reserved parking and accused me of "focusing only on reserved parking bays for persons with disability, as if they are the major problem, while he (actually this should be she) ignores the hundreds of parking bays in front of shops restricting parking only to loading and unloading".

Now I wonder why Grace Zerafa, Marthese Mugliette, AnneMarie Galea Naudi and Phyllis Portelli of the movement first mentioned hundreds of reserved parking bays but only mentioned shops when there are indeed many, many more with different reasons.

If they look up the fourth paragraph of my letter, I stated, that "...others are suffering the almost daily decrease in parking places for one reason or another". They also missed the subject of the letter. Also ignored on their part is the fact that in my first two paragraphs I quoted the chairman of the National Commission for Persons with Disability who expressed his worry at the increase of 824 new blue parking cards, an increase of 75 per cent.

The above-mentioned persons also chose to ignore all the other points I made and never bothered to answer them!
