The Malta Tourism Authority has launched the European Social Fund's Tourism and Support Services Training Programme.

The main aim of the programme is to provide high-level training to workers in the tourism sector.

The cost of the project is €400,000, three fourths of which will be provided by the European Union.

The programme is to be administered for the Tourism Ministry and the Malta Tourism Authority by a consortium made up of MISCO International, Optimum Results Ireland and JP Advertising.
