Sneak peek at SsangYong's latest - the Actyon

South Korean off-roader specialist Ssangyong has released two teaser photos of its forthcoming Actyon Sports SUT, which will be unveiled at a South Korean auto show this week.

The SUT is the pickup-truck version of the Actyon SUV, which was introduced last year. The name is derived from the words "action" and "young." It was styled by Ssangyong's British-born design director, Ken Greenley, who also designed the Rodius minivan and the latest to the range SsangYong Kyron.

The Actyon Sports will replace the long-serving Musso Sports SUT and will probably be equipped with a  tweaked Mercedes-Benz four-cylinder 2.0-litre common-rail diesel engine.

SsangYong's local importer is Michael Attard Limited of Notabile Road, Attard. Tel: 2144-2005. www.smotor.com
