Rabat is a beautiful village, green and dotted with churches. But, strangely, it lags behind where environmental enforcement is concerned.

At Tal-Virtù, stroller and ramblers' access is hindered by the shooting range, close to the Seminary.

Strollers are met with scary shotgun fire, when they start to walk from the seminary to the chapel of Our Lady of Tal-Virtù, and are hindered from enjoying the breathtaking views of Zebbug, Siggiewi, St Blas Chapel and parts of Tal-Isqof valley.

Surely something can and must be done.
