I refer to your front page report on the inauguration of the Mdina Master Plan (The Sunday Times, April 30) in which it was stated that the plan presented to the President and to the Minister for Resources and Infrastructure was prepared by Professor Denis de Lucca of the University of Malta.

Please be informed that I exclusively prepared the Mdina Master Plan, as reported on various occasions in the past, even in your paper. The plan was commissioned by the Mdina Rehabilitation Project, within the Ministry for Resources and Infrastructure, directed by Dr Ray Bondin, on the proposal of the Mdina Rehabilitation Committee, chaired by Professor de Lucca.
