I refer to Karm Farrugia's letter regarding bank charges (April 29).

As there is insufficient detail in the letter, Mr Farrugia is invited to refer his complaint in writing to the MFSA's consumer complaints manager (Notabile Road, Attard BKR14 or by e-mail gbezzina@mfsa.com.mt), who is empowered to investigate complaints from private consumers in connection with any financial services transaction.
