The Emirates recruitment team is making its fifth call in a year for applications from Maltese-speaking cabin crew.

Recruitment personnel will visit Malta this month to interview male and female potential candidates who have the natural ability to provide excellent service within a multicultural team environment.

Candidates will be able to meet the recruitment team at an open day on Saturday at the Intercontinental Hotel, St George's Bay, starting at 9 a.m. sharp. Interested applicants are required to present their resumé together with a full length and passport size photographs in business attire. Alternatively candidates may forward their applications on-line through the website www.emiratesgroupcareers.com.

Successful candidates from the open day will be invited to attend further interviews during the screening day on Sunday. Final Interviews will be held on Monday and Tuesday.

Paul Fleri Soler, Emirates' manager for Malta and Cyprus, said: "This is a great opportunity for Maltese men and women to join one of the world's fastest growing airlines this year. We employ people from over 120 different nationalities, all trained to the highest standards, to cater for the multicultural clientele on our network of over 80 destinations. The selected candidates will be given specialised training at Emirates Aviation College in Dubai."

Candidates should have an education up to, at least, Matriculation level and fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese. The ability to communicate in other languages and previous customer service experience are considered added advantages.
