Issues stemming from the Libyan declaration of an exclusive fisheries zone will be discussed in the coming weeks when Environment and Rural Affairs Minister George Pullicino visits Libya, Foreign Minister Michael Frendo said.

He was replying to a question in Parliament by Noel Farrugia (MLP).

Replying to another question, by Leo Brincat (MLP), Dr Frendo said Communications Minister Censu Galea would be visiting Tripoli shortly as part of the political dialogue between the two countries.

Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi last July accepted an invitation to visit Malta, the minister said.
