Parcel post

I have been trying to get hold of a parcel which was posted to me since April 8. I usually go to the parcel office in Qormi to collect my parcels.

I received a notice saying I had to call a number and inform Maltapost where the parcel was to be delivered because it is bulky. It took me three hours to get hold of Maltapost. I was told to collect the parcel after two days. To this day it has not arrived.

When I contacted the senior manager she explained that things were simple and easy...
