BJs marathon hits final notes

The 17th edition of the Palatino BJs Music Marathon will peak this weekend till it ends tomorrow at midnight.

It was opened last Monday at 5 p.m. and music has since been played round the clock by live bands, singers and musicians. Until the end of the marathon, over 50 bands and musicians will have played.

All proceeds from the event go towards Wishing Others Well (WOW), the social arm of the Millennium chapel, in Paceville, which is run by Fr Hillary Tagliaferro.

Donations can be sent via SMS to the following numbers: 5061 8007 for Lm2; 5061 8924 for Lm3 and 5061 9201 for Lm5.

Money may also be sent directly to HSBC account 002-046522-001, holder: The Millennium Chapel Foundation Solidarity Fund.
