A group of youngsters from the Sliema ASC swimming team are currently in Reading, England, to participate in the Easter meet which comes to a close tomorrow after three days of competition.

The group, led by swimming section committee member Mario Cachia and head coach Anita Mercieca Bons, is made up of 11 swimmers of various age groups, between 11 and 16 years.

The competition is organised by the Reading Swimming Club which is affiliated to the British South District ASA.

The meet is licensed by the British Aquatic Sports Association and will incorporate different age group and open events.

The Sliema group in Reading is assisted by the sponsorship of Immagine Casa.
