Charged with causing damage

Three men were yesterday charged with causing damage in two separate cases.

Philip Attard, 33, and his 23-year-old brother Christopher, both of Birkirkara, pleaded not guilty to damaging Nadia O'Flaherty's main door on two occasions in August 2004.

In the other case, Charles Cassar, 35, of Xghajra pleaded not guilty to deliberately damaging a car on February 4, 2004. Police Inspector Kevin Farrugia prosecuted.
