I refer to the proposal to issue a call for tenders to attract a strategic investor for Tug Malta.

If we need foreign advice and help to administer our service companies, let us seek and obtain it.

I trust, however, that this policy will not lead to our companies becoming foreign owned.

We have enough personnel who could benefit from foreign advice but I am against a policy of our service companies eventually becoming foreign owned.

If our administration in basic, national services becomes foreign controlled, then we are from the outset admitting that we are unable to administer our country.
