The match-winning performance of the first fixture came from Henry Clive. He made 128 runs, including 12 4s and six 6s.
He was dropped three times by the Marsa fielders who could have turned the game around, Edinburgh totalled 247 runs.
Marsa's reply was short by 99 runs.
On Wednesday, Edinburgh again won the toss and elected to bat. This time they were restricted to 192 runs from the allotted overs.
However, Marsa fell short by 37 runs with John Grima top scoring with 39 runs.
The next day, Edinburgh batted first again and totalled their highest score for the series - 257. Marsa's bowlers aided the tourists' score by bowling 45 wides which made the difference in the end result.
Marsa were short by 87 runs with Clarke taking five wickets. Edinburgh won the series 3-0.
On Saturday, Marsa regained some lost confidence after playing against the First Royal Horses Artillery team from England.
Marsa batted first with Frank Spiteri making a century and Nowell Khosla 98 in a total of 275 runs.
The visitors only managed 172.

On Wednesday, Merchant Taylor School take on First Royal Horses Artillery who play St John School on Thursday.
On Friday, St John School play Caterham. Marsa play Harrow School on Saturday and Caterham on Sunday.
