Heritage Malta will organise its third heritage trail on Sunday, this time taking participants to Ghar Dalam and Borg In-Nadur, a site usually closed to the public.
Children aged 8 to 12 are encouraged to join as they will be given the opportunity to take part in the excavation of animal bones and pottery shards that have been buried in two sand pits outside Ghar Dalam.
The trail will start at Ghar Dalam at 9.30 a.m. and participation is limited to 80 adults. Fifteen children will be allowed to take part in the excavation.
Tickets are to be pre-bought at Lm2.50 from Heritage Malta's Head Office in Valletta. Children pay 50c.
