Youth fellowship have been organising Lenten talks with a difference for years. Between tomorrow and Friday Fr Elia Vella will be addressing some of the most fundamental questions asked by youths, and other questions they may have never dreamt of asking.
As Desmond Sant, co-ordinator of this year's spiritual exercises, said, these talks are meant to help youths discover a deeper understanding of life's most important issues, such as why God does not show up, why He allows suffering, why He doesn't answer my pray-ers, what happens after death?...
The answers to the these and other questions will feature in a highly interactive programme which will include video clips, real-life testimonies, a mime, contemporary worship music, moments of prayer and a concluding Mass on Friday.
Youths can also submit their own questions and post comments through a dedicated mini-Website linked via Youth Fellowship's Webpage: www.yfellowship.org
The talks are being held at Gattard House, Blata l-Bajda, starting at 7.30 p.m.
