On a positive note

I recently bought a DVD recorder from Sound Machine in Psaila Street, Birkirkara, and would like to compliment the staff for their professional customer approach.

I had shopped around for something similar but was greatly put off by the attitude of some outlets. Some sales people do not even bother to explain basic functions.

In this high-tech world, certain specifications make all the difference! At Sound Machine, Etienne and his colleagues made me feel so important by taking all the time needed to explain and demonstrate what I really needed to know, and this with a showroom packed with clients who seemed to be getting all the attention they needed.
