Diploma in operations management

Future Focus has just launched a new course in operations management. This course will be of interest to CEOs, business people and managers involved in the smooth operation of an organisation.

The topics discussed will include the operations function and operations management, operations strategies, process management and managers' decision making, techniques, information technology, inventory and MRP systems, operational skills for managers - a leaner approach.

On successfully completing the Career Development Programme, a professional programme of study with Cambridge International College, one is awarded a Diploma certificate. One can then opt to for an Honours qualification and later a BBA or Masters.

This new qualification is in line with Future Focus' wider strategy to launch new, innovative and interesting courses. The company's partnership with Cambridge College assists Maltese students to obtain qualifications in various subjects that are not offered locally.

The College is registered by the UK Register of Learning Providers. CIC is accredited by the Open and Distance Learning Quality Council (formerly the Council for the Accreditation of Correspondence Colleges) which is the organisation in the UK responsible for accrediting British colleges which provide education through open, distance learning and correspondence.
