Open day at new Luqa school
Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi will officially open the new Luqa primary school on Tuesday.
The school was rebuilt with the Lm1 million project being financed by the government through the Foundation for Tomorrow's Schools. The school has more than doubled in size. It houses several facilities, including sports amenities for the Luqa community.
The Education Ministry, together with the school, will on Sunday hold an open day starting at 9.15 a.m. The open day will include a spring festival.
