Obituary

BONNICI. On March 28, at St Vincent de Paul residence, JOSEPH MARY, aged 84, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his beloved wife Helen née Tabone, his daughters Christine, Monica, wife of Edward Martin, and Patricia, wife of George Pace Gouder, his grandchildren Lisa, Sharon, Emma, Rachel, Francesca and Steve, his sisters Jane Engerer, Yvonne and Eddie Sammut of Canada, Lilian, wife of George Sciriha, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
Mass praesente cadavere will be celebrated today at 2.30 p.m. at St Gregory's parish church, Sliema, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siggiewi, will be appreciated.

MIFSUD. On March 27, LINA, aged 83, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her sister Violet, widow of Joe Azzopardi, her brother Herbert and his wife Mary, her sister-in-law Doris, widow of her brother Josie, the family of her late sister Mary Pace Asciak, and her many nephews and nieces. She also leaves to mourn her loss all her friends of Sacro Cuor parish church, Sliema.
Mass praesente cadavere will be concelebrated today at 2 p.m. at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery chapel, followed by interment. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

VELLA - CARMELA née Calleja, at the venerable age of 96. She leaves to mourn her loss her sons Fr Joseph Vella, OFM, Andrew and his wife Cecilia, and Alfred and his wife Jane, her daughter Rose, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends. - R.I.P.
