I refer to the law report (March 17) about my clients Leonard Desira and Noel Mallia where it was said that they were charged with having allowed 16-year-olds into a disco.

Please note that the place in question does not run a disco but is the only non-alcoholic bar on the island, found at Marsascala and called Osiris.

Without prejudice to the rights of my clients, it is surprising how the police are not booking other locals in the area where discos are organised without permits.
