I refer to the article Drama Troupe For Latvia Project (March 15) and would like to point out that the theatre programme was partially financed by the EU.

The article, in talking of the theatre programme "as part of a six-country enterprise financed by the EU adult training scheme", gives one to understand that the Maltese troupe did not fork out a cent to take part in the project. In fact, the Maltese participants had to pay a percentage to cover part of the costs involved.
