Professional care

I would like to thank all the staff at SOP and MS2, as well as all the staff who run the operating theatres, for the excellent service that I received from them during my short stay at St Luke's Hospital.

I had never doubted their knowledge or their professionalism but they have also shown that they consider the human side of their work as well. In fact, everyone was very helpful and they always had that friendly and reassuring word, which helped me to keep calm especially before going into theatre. I think that is what real professionalism is all about.
