Professor Paolo Brescia will be delivering a public lecture on the use of colour in architecture entitled Come il colore vive e modifica l'archittettura at the Italian Cultural Institute in Valletta on Friday at 6.30 p.m. This lecture will conclude an intensive course in colour design and applications that Professor Brescia will be giving to second year Bachelor of Engineering and Architecture Honours students at the Department of Architecture and Urban Design.

The public lecture is being organised by Professor Denis De Lucca, head of the department in conjunction with the director of the Italian Cultural Institute Dr Annamaria di Marco.

Professor Paolo Brescia has lectured in various Italian universities and his firm Cromoambiente has also been engaged as a consultant by many international entities including Alitalia and Fiat. He has also proposed some very successful colour schemes for top hospitals
