Awards for moral damages

The Consumer Claims Tribunal ordered the payment of moral damages five times last year, Competitiveness Minister Censu Galea told Jason Azzopardi (PN) in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday. There were three such awards in 2004 and four in 2003.
