Avalanches kill two

Two avalanches at a ski resort in central Austria yesterday killed two people skiing off piste and injured two more, rescue services said.

The avalanches were at Praebichl, a resort roughly 150 kilometres southwest of Vienna in the province of Styria. All four people were skiing off piste.
