Birkirkara is the most populated town on the island, out of which great personalities emerged and greatly contributed to the progress of our country. I was glad to notice the name of Michael Fenech Adami within the list of local council candidates for this great town. I am sure he has the best teacher one can ever ask for, our current President of the Republic.

I recall that Michael has already left his positive mark within the Birkirkara Football Club and am sure he will do likewise if he is elected in the coming election.

I look forward to the day when I could gladly say like father, like son.
