All restaurants and bars within the Island Hotels Group are springing into March with a wide selection of healthy eating options.

The group launched a Spring Into March campaign on Tuesday marking the beginning of spring which brings with it a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, making it a perfect time to develop a healthy meal plan and a more nutritious approach to eating.

Island Hotels Group have 14 outlets within its four properties - the Radisson SAS Golden Sands Resort and Spa, the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort, the Coastline Hotel and the Bugibba Holiday Complex. "Our brigade of chefs have prepared a wide selection of tasty, healthy menus including the finest products and ingredients to ensure that all guests enjoy a nutritious dinner.

"The options available include spring fruit cocktails, healthy food stations in our buffet restaurants and exquisite, carefully prepared dishes in the a la carte restaurants.

"All menus have also been labelled with their respective calorie counts in order to help guests make the right choice," a spokesman for the group said.
