Enemalta has instituted proceedings in the Turkish courts against a Turkish company which allegedly supplied defective gas cylinders to Enemalta, Government Investments Minister Austin Gatt said yesterday.

He told Labour MP Carmelo Abela that the cylinders were being kept at the gas section in Qajjenza until the case were concluded.
