The parishioners of the Sacro Cuor parish in Sliema have seen a dream come true - something that had been planned for some years now - an adoration chapel. For some years now a small room behind the church had been put to very little use and a group of parishioners decided to set about turning it into a chapel of adoration. Without any collections being made, this group turned this room into one with the Blessed Sacrament in repose.

This lovely little chapel, which is open to all daily from 9 a.m. to 9.30 p.m., was launched by the parish priest Fr George Bugeja during the 2004 feast of St Francis of Assisi. It was finally opened after much hard work by this group of parishioners on the recent feast of St Paul Shipwrecked. It is a little gem.
