In Today's business environment, human resources management is gaining crucial importance, not only to those who are directly involved in the field, but also to others who have a responsibility for managing people.
The human resources development programme is aimed at managers, executives and supervisors to enable them to be more equipped in their involvement in the various areas of human resources.
This detailed, interactive programme will be held at the MISCO Training Centre in Valletta between March 13 and 17 between 2.30 and 5.30 p.m.
Broken down into specific modules - human resources development within a modern management perspective, training needs analysis, selection and interviewing, job descriptions, job evaluation, on-the-job-training and performance appraisal, this workshop style programme will provide delegates with a very good understanding of these topics to enable them to give a positive contribution in the upgrading of human resources management.
Following the Misco style of training, delegates will learn through input by the trainer, group discussions, role-plays and individual exercises.
The trainers are Joseph FX Zahra and Josef Said.
Mr Zahra is a co-founder and managing director of MISCO (Market Intelligence Services Co. Ltd) with special responsibilities for the company's people management and development unit. He is also managing director of MISCO International Ltd, and director of Impetus Europe Consulting Group Ltd.
Mr Said has been working with MISCO for the past seven years and is highly involved in MISCO's people search and selection unit as well as training and consultancy.
