Tunnel lighting - March 4, 2006

Allow me to concur with Charles Poulton's contribution.

I am not very familiar with the Kirkop tunnel, however, I am four-square behind what he wrote on the Tal-Qroqq tunnel. It is difficult to drive entering the tunnel on a sunny day, even with the car lights on. But it seems that although others, including myself, have written and spoke about this in the media quite a few times, everything has fallen on deaf ears. I do not exactly know who is responsible for improving the situation, whether it is the local council, the central government or the Transport Authority.

Let us hope and pray that whoever it is does something about it before, God forbid, some nasty accident happens and it's too late.
